Hi, I'm Alikhan

A dental clinic website from a former clinic operations director.

One service, done well: a website where a patient understands the price in a minute, picks a dentist and books. And no request gets lost at the front desk.

  • Dental clinics only
  • Ready in 3–5 weeks
  • I reply personally

Sound familiar?

Your website is where a patient decides whether to come to you

Ads, maps and word of mouth bring people to your website. If it's confusing, they close the tab and go to the clinic next door — and you've already paid for that click.

“How much will it cost?”

The first thing a patient looks for. No price, no trust — they go where the price is.

On the site: prices for every main treatment, no “call us for details”.

“Who will treat me?”

In dentistry people choose a dentist, not a clinic. A faceless website loses.

On the site: a page for every dentist — experience, cases, what they treat.

“Will it hurt?”

Fear is the main reason people put off treatment for years.

On the site: honest answers to fears and doubts, in the patient's own words.

What's included

Everything a website needs to bring bookings, not just sit there

A typical studio makes pretty pages. I first look at the clinic through an operations director's eyes — and only then start designing.

1. Clinic review

Which treatments bring in the money, where patients come from today, what the front desk is asked most often.

2. Structure that earns

A dedicated page for every high-value treatment — implants, braces, veneers. Plus dentists, prices, reviews, contacts.

3. Copy written for you

We write it in the patient's language: price, steps, warranty, “does it hurt”. From you — only photos and answers to my questions.

4. Fast and easy to find

Great on a phone, loads fast, basic SEO, structured data for Google and AI assistants.

5. No lost requests

A form and messenger buttons. Every request arrives instantly in Telegram and by email, and shows up in Google Analytics.

Result

What you can check on launch day

I don't promise “+100 patients” — that depends on more than the website. I promise things you can check with your own hands.

  • The site runs on your domain with https
  • Every main treatment and every dentist has its own page with prices
  • A patient can book in a couple of taps from a phone
  • A test request reaches you in Telegram and shows up in Google Analytics
  • The site is fast: we check it together in Google PageSpeed — my latest site scored 96 out of 100 on mobile
  • The site is added to Google Search Console
  • Privacy policy and data consent are in place
  • Your front desk has a script for answering requests

Websites I've built

Moscow · implants and aesthetic dentistry

Dental implant and aesthetic dentistry center

The challenge: patients are afraid of treatment and don't understand the prices. The site has to answer their questions on its own — how much it costs, whether it hurts, which dentist to see — and get them to book.

and this is how it looks on a phone

Phone first, desktop second

People mostly look for a clinic on their phone — so I built every page for the phone first.

  • Always under your thumb at the bottom: call, get directions, book
  • The dental chart works by tap — tooth, treatment option, total
  • A quiz with big buttons, easy to answer with one hand
  • Nothing slides sideways or needs zooming

the dental chart up close

The patient builds a treatment plan and sees the total

The diagram shows 32 teeth. The patient taps a tooth and chooses what it needs: treatment, a crown, extraction, missing tooth or an implant. The site shows a drawing of the stage, the stages with prices from the clinic's price list and the total for all marked teeth. The patient comes to the consultation with clear questions.

Dental chart: tooth 36 marked with an implant, implant stages and price on the right
Implant. An implant appears in place of the tooth, with the stages and price on the right.
Dental chart: tooth 46 marked for extraction with a red cross
Extraction. The tooth is crossed out, with a note that the dentist decides after an exam.
Dental chart: tooth 24 marked as missing, an empty gum on the diagram
Missing tooth. An empty space stays on the diagram; next you can choose an implant or a crown.
Dental chart: tooth 26 with caries, choosing how severe the damage is and the treatment
Treatment. Caries is visible; the patient marks how severe the damage is and picks a treatment.

every block answers a patient's question

“How much will it cost?”

  • Dental chart. The patient selects a tooth, chooses treatment, a crown, extraction or an implant — and instantly sees the stages and total from the clinic's price list.
  • 12 price pages with search. Every item shows what the price includes and what is paid separately.
  • A price on every treatment page. No need to dig through the price list to get a ballpark.

“I'm scared, I'm not sure”

  • 21 articles for those who hesitate: fear of the dentist, cost, second opinion, tax deduction, crown or implant.
  • “What's bothering you?” The patient picks a symptom and sees which dentist to book.
  • “Let's find your first step” quiz. Four questions — and it's clear where to start and what to discuss at the consultation.

“Who can I trust?”

  • The founder on the first screen. A chief dentist in practice since 2000 — the patient immediately sees who they're trusting.
  • A page for each of the 7 dentists: education, experience and what the dentist treats.
  • “About the clinic”: five treatment rooms, a CT scanner and a microscope, instruments sterilized in an autoclave.
  • Reviews rated 5.0 on local map services and before-and-after photos with a slider.

“How do I book and get there?”

  • One-click booking. A button on every screen, phone, Telegram and WhatsApp.
  • Step-by-step directions from the metro and a link to the map.
  • Special offers without fine print: what's included and on what terms.

“Will patients find the clinic?”

  • About 40 treatment pages: a dedicated page for every search — from a single tooth implant and All-on-4 to aligners.
  • SEO 100 out of 100 in Google PageSpeed and fast loading on phones.
  • Site search: a treatment, a dentist or a question.

Discuss your site

In progress · launching in November 2026

A large dental clinic website

About 100 pages: a dedicated page for every treatment and a section for patients. I'll show it here right after launch.

A website you control

A great website — but you can't change anything on it?

A familiar story: the site looks good, but changing a dentist, a team photo or a price only works through the developer. You write, you wait, you remind — and the site still shows the old price list.

Without an editor

Every edit goes through a contractor. While they are busy, patients see outdated prices and dentists who no longer work at the clinic.

This is how it looks on dental-clinica.ru, where the clinic already uses the editor. The editor interface will be in your language

The editor on a site page: a heading in a frame with a pencil, a toolbar with edit, desktop, phone, settings, SEO, history and save
Hover over text and a pencil appears. Copy is edited right on the page
The price window in the editor: treatment, amount, a “from” mark and “price on request”
A treatment price changes in a minute; a line can be hidden
The dentist window in the editor: position, experience, description, education and photo
A new dentist gets their own page as soon as you publish
The save history window: the last 50 saves and a button to restore the version before any of them
The last 50 versions: any edit can be undone with one button
  • Dentists: add, hide during a holiday, change the order
  • Photos: upload and crop right in the browser
  • Promotions, contacts, opening hours and search titles
  • Check how a page looks on a phone before publishing
  • Before publishing, the editor checks for empty fields and prices

I build the editor for your hand-coded site: the site stays just as fast, and the content is fully in your hands.

Price

One package, one price

No “landing / standard / premium”. Everything described above is included. The price is fixed in the contract before work starts.

Will you edit the site yourself?

After launch

Support — from $180/month: the site keeps running, prices and dentists stay up to date, edits on the same business day. Contract from 6 months, invoiced every 3 months. Optional — you can go without it.

No extra charges

The price is fixed in the contract before work starts. Copy, analytics, legal pages, domain and hosting for the first year are already included.

Hand-coded site
The fastest option, best for SEO and AI search: my latest site scored 96 out of 100 in Google PageSpeed on mobile. I make the edits — usually as part of support.
Hand-coded site with my editor
The same speed as a hand-coded site, but you change dentists, team, prices, copy and photos yourself in a visual editor and see the result right away.
WordPress with an admin panel
You change prices, dentists and promotions yourself in the admin panel. Setup and training are included in the price.
Who is responsible for the result

A former operations director of a dental clinic

I know a clinic from the inside — the way the owner, dentists, assistants, front desk and patients see it.

A clinic works like a bite: if something doesn't close properly, everything hurts. An operations director sets up the right bite between all sides. That's what I do — only now from the outside.

I work with a small, trusted team. I run the project and I'm personally responsible for the result — you talk and agree on everything with me.

FAQ

What clinics usually ask

How long does a website take?

3–5 weeks — both hand-coded and on WordPress. It depends on the number of pages and how quickly you send photos, your price list and answers to my questions. You see a work-in-progress version along the way.

Why “from”?

The base package is always the same: up to 20 pages, copy, requests, analytics, legal pages and the script. Hand-coded — from $2,700, hand-coded with a visual editor — from $3,400, on WordPress — from $3,000. For the first three clinics — from $2,150, from $2,750 and from $2,400 in exchange for a case study and a review. If you need more — say, a network of branches — I'll name the final price before work starts and fix it in the contract.

How many patients will the website bring?

Honestly — I can't know in advance. It depends on advertising, location, prices and how your front desk answers. I'm responsible for making sure that a person who lands on the site understands where they're going, books easily, and that every request is visible.

We already have a website. Do we need a new one?

Not always. On the free call I'll look at your current site and tell you honestly whether it's worth rebuilding.

Can we edit the site ourselves?

Yes. Choose a hand-coded site with my editor — you change dentists, prices, copy and photos yourself and see the result right away. Or WordPress with an admin panel. If the site is hand-coded without the editor, I make the edits as part of support, usually on the same business day.

What about promotion and ads?

The website is the foundation. Once it's ready, you can add SEO and ads, and I can help. But that's a separate conversation after launch.

Do you work with clinics outside Russia?

Yes, I work remotely with clinics in any country. We talk over Zoom, Telegram or WhatsApp at a time that suits your time zone.
